How I Make My Bottle Cap Videos 3rd and 4th Parts!

As I didn't want to confuse overly much by continuing to update the first half I decided to make a second post.
Here we are the third and fourth parts of how to make a single image and double image bottle cap!

The fourth and final part will be added in a few days!

Since the Fallout New Vegas Nuka Cola seems to be a bit popular I may open a slot in my etsy store for it. Time shall tell!Thank you for reading and thank you for watching, more to come!

This part is basically wrapping up how to gloss the inside, and avoid air bubbles. This glue takes at least 12 hours to set so I try to do mine at night and go to bed. If there are no air bubbles in the initial setting of it then they don't normally form. However if you must, you can do it during the day just keep checking in.
This part is also showing how to do the top image part. I use epoxy dots for the top image as there is no way to keep the glue from spilling over the side without it spilling off the top even when on a flat surface.
So what I do is press the image to the epoxy dot making sure to avoid air bubbles when pressing the dot to the image. This part is important try to get the dot as centered as possible before placing. THEN glue it down to the top of the bottle cap.

Once the craft glue (E-6000 or Goop) has dried go around the edges and try to get the glossy accents glue in between the cap and the image so a seal of glue can be created. Once this is done AND its dried (also takes another 12 hours) you can complete the necklace part.
If you haven't punched a hole in the cap now is a good time to do it, however I would advise that you be extra careful so as not to damage the glossy accents set.

Here is where the initial ring placement. I admit getting jump ring and split ring mixed up so here are visual aids and the correction.

THIS IS A JUMP RING

THIS IS A SPLIT RING. (Got it Pony Nerd? Got it!)

You can use a jump or split ring for the ring from the cap to the necklace. I use two rings one for the cap to whatever, and the second ring from the necklace to the cap that way if the client puts on the necklace any which way they can easily turn the bottle cap around without having to worry about which way the necklace should face.
I try to use a split ring for the bottle cap and jump rings for the necklace/crimp/clasp or barrel roll clasp.
The final steps are basically getting the necklaces down and shipping the item out once the glues have dried completely. Thank you so much for bearing with me as this was me adjusting to my camera and starting video blog how to entries and showing what I have so far.

Here are the print sheets for the Fall Out New Vegas (FONV) and Fall Out Equestria (FOE) bottle caps. The purple star is the inside image for all the FOE caps. The nuka cola images can be mixed and matched but the blue nuka and blue nuka cola quantum go together but the white nuka cola goes with just about anything.
