Double Post Day, Featuring Miss Kat Blue!

As its random Double Post day I wanted to showcase a friend of mine in need of assistance.

Normally showcasing is done on Sunday yet I didn't think this could wait that long.

Now I know you might think, hey she has things on sale for amazon she is doing fine. NOT SO! If you look some of the books are a bit pricey because they are out of print, or the majority are for Kindle only. Yes this sounds unfair yet please realize this. For someone who runs their own home business they have to pay all their taxes, unfair taxes as of late, pay for all their materials, to have their websites hosted where it seems free for us, and even if its a one time print run, even that is costly. She did a one time run of one of her comics 10 Confessions & A Kiss and she used to have the comic on the website, however because of the print run its not easy to keep the site going. This is why she had to close a few of her other comics and is only showcasing the short ones. Sadly Akashik had to be finished and shut down....I lament as I didn't get to finish it let alone get very far. That is ok I managed to obtain her comic book prints of what I could.

I am sharing Miss Katrina today because I feel that even as successful as she is, she still works hard to make sure her clients are happy with what she provides and seems to take a lot of flak for what she does with her talents. What upsets me is that she does her best to put herself out there in a way that she is informing people, doing her best and hoping to make clients yet from what I get, she still has a lack of readers or a surplus of rude non-understanding people. This is based off of observation and reading her journals and posts.

I admit most of her art seems in the style of Manga and it is not, it is how she specifically draws, there is a term for it posted in her blog, for me that is not important as I have already decided I like her particular style.

For the record her art style/comic style is Josei Style which is a TYPE of manga.

ANYWHO at the very least please go read her blog, look at her art and pass it on! I have two of her magnets, a custom book mark art/sticker trade she did for me, and a print of her 10 Confessions & a Kiss for helping out with her kickstarter campaign!


OH I ALMOST FORGOT, for the pony fans, she does Pony figurine recolors. She taught me how to do so while creating one for me!
