New Coffee Maker and craft work so far

Sorry this post was delayed. Had some computer problems this morning. Figured worry about the computer later or Lisa, myself and my husband will miss church! So here it is, if not delayed.

Greetings all! Sundays I tend to take it slow so that I can enjoy church and spend time with my daughter and husband. There MAY be a few Sundays where I DO NOT have a full post, or at the least I will post something short or at worst no post at all. DO NOT FEAR the blog will resume on monday if there is no sunday post.
So for today's prepared post I am sharing what my husband purchased as a belated Mother's Day present. It was delayed as he was waiting for something to come out specifically.
Apparently this is a limited edition run that wasn't in stock at our local walmart until this week and he was waiting for payday to obtain it, on sale no less! SQUEE!

And this beauty! It is replacing our older Mr. Coffee - we will miss you! - as it finally died. Did you know just about all Mr. Coffee pots are the same? The same design, size may vary but the coffee pot is the same! We kept the old pot just in case as I knew it could be used. And what do you know its now our back up coffee pot!

Speaking of did you knows did you know if your old coffee pot breaks, or the coffee maker itself dies that you CAN still make coffee? Get some hot water or heat some water, get a tall cup or if you still have the coffee pot keep it. For me as weight as it was I took the old coffee pot and filter holder and did this trick.
Put the filter over the open coffee pot (had the lid up, I apologize for lack of pictures) put the filter in and amount of coffee wanted and slowly poured the hot water in. Pour slowly so the water can seep through.

Don't have a coffee pot but have the grounds and filter? Try this version! I call it the "poor man's coffee"
Grab a glass or mug, take your filter and put it over the rim of the glass/mug and secure with a rubber band.
Fill with coffee and slowly pour in the boiled water in. I learned that trick from Household Hacker!
House Hold Hacker Life Hacks part 3  skip to the 1:09 part which is where it shows you how to do this.

As I am in the middle of gathering information and pictures for the next few posts I will show you what I have so far among my craft items.

Finished this drawing! Now to print it out!
Managed to get lanyard clips and badge straps. They are badge clips that come with the snap on straps.

Here are my extras, they have the jewelry bail yet are not strung for a necklace, bracelet or mini charm. Showing the ribbon and cord ribbon I have left over for those that want any. All this can be found with a detailed explanation on my etsy shop!
Please Visit My Etsy! I DO take commissions, not just ponies and game characters, I also do images of people or art or random cute things!

This is also where I ad that, PLEASE, if NOTHING ELSE pass this information around, I am at a point where making a sale would help greatly. Why? I am completely out of ink, and foolishly owning a printer that devours ink even on the ink saver setting I at least want to be able to finish my current projects before closing up shop on those. Not closing up shop forever! Please let me clarify, when I do projects I make enough so that when those are done or all sold out, that is all there is of that run or project. Then I move on to the next project. Best example, rainbow dash keychains. Those are a limited run, I still have the rainbow chains and bottle caps for it. Yet I no longer had the ink for the images or paint for the bottle caps to continue it. The current project is pokemon badges and pony cutie mark badges or custom image badges. Again, I am out of ink to print any. Have all the images READY to print, badge straps and clips, no actual printed images just ones that are formatted and ready to go. The same with my magnets. I have enough stones, magnets and glue, no images....you see the recurring issue yes?
Before I ramble on, the point being if nothing else, PLEASE Share this blog, my links, my etsy with other people that would be interested PLEASE!

As always, thank you for stopping by and reading and see you next time!
